Open-source SaaS billingEvery SaaS ends up rebuilding the same billing plumbing: plans, usage meters, checkout, a portal where customers can upgrade or cancel. BillingOS is that whole layer, open source, with embedded checkout and multi-currency support, so the next founder can skip it.

I'm happiest at the messy start of a product, when nobody's sure yet what it should be.
My day job is engineering at scale: shared components other teams build on, apps made up to 60% faster, 8 engineers mentored. My evenings are a studio of one. I pick a problem, design the thing, build it, launch it and work out how to charge for it. Doing every job in that loop is why I read a spec the way a founder would: what's it for, who's it for, and what can we cut?
From confusing to obvious.
Not the stack, not the idea. If I can't say who's stuck and why in one sentence, I'm not ready to open the editor.
Every screen, setting and step has to earn its place. The best feature is often the one I deleted.
Because I usually do. Typed, tested, readable code is how a small team stays fast in month six.
Empty states, loading, errors, motion. Nobody screenshots them, but everyone feels them.
Real usage beats my opinion every time. Release small, see what people actually do, fix that.
